At the Echo Arena, Liverpool, the Smith vs Fielding weigh-in got underway smoothly. Callum Smith and Rocky Fielding both weighed in at 167.25 lbs for their city derby match-up tomorrow night, weighing just inside the Super Middleweight limit.
iFL TV cameras caught all the Smith vs Fielding Weigh-In action:
Like Bradley vs Rios (broadcast on HBO and Boxnation the same night), this significant 12-rounder hasn’t created huge buzz in the boxing fandom. But that’s not to say it isn’t worthy of your peepers this weekend. Both men are already ranked in the Top 10s of every major sanctioning body, with Smith himself already claiming the no.1 spot with the WBC. If he wins tomorrow, we could well see the 25-year-old in the ring with WBC champ Badou Jack in his next outing.

Oh, and one other thing: try to ignore the fact that the British Super Middleweight title is on the line here. It’s bizarre to say the least since both of these guys have way surpassed domestic level bragging rights.
Smith vs Fielding will erupt on Sky Sports 1 tomorrow evening, headling a Matchroom Boxing event.
