Also, Ricky Burns won a Points Decision against Alexandre Lepelley, and Dave Ryan scored a Majority Decision against Tyrone Nurse to become the new Commonwealth Junior Welterweight Champion.

In Mississippi, US, Jermain Taylor won a Unanimous Decision over Sam Soliman to pick up the IBF Middleweight strap.

Lee Selby stopped Joel Brunker in the 9th round of their IBF Featherweight title elimination bout in London, England. Anthony Joshua stopped Denis Bahktov in the 2nd round, and in Cancun, Mexico, Cornelius Bundrage won a Unanimous Decision against Carlos Molina, capturing the IBF Junior Middleweight title.

In Carson, US, Gennady Golovkin knocked out Marco Antonio Rubio in the 2nd round of his WBA Middleweight title defense. Undercard action saw Nicholas Walters score a 6th round stoppage against Nonito Donaire.

In Monte Carlo, Monaco, Randy Cabarello was awarded a Unanimous Decision over Stuart Hall, capturing the IBF Bantamweight strap. Martin Murray won a 7th round Technical Decision over Domenico Spada, and Hekkie Budler also earned a Unanmous Decision against Xiong Zhao Zhong, retaining his WBA and IBO Strawweight titles. In Hull, England, Luke Campbell stopped Daniel Brizuela in the 5th round, Chris Eubank Jr. stopped Omar Siala in the 2nd, and Paul Butler won a Points Decision against Ismael Garnica. Also, Kevin Satchell landed a Majority Decision over Valery Yanchy to retain his European Flyweight title.

In Chicago, US, Tomoki Kameda fought to a Split Decision victory against Alejandro Hernandez to retain his WBO Bantamweight title.

In Bangkok, Thailand, Wanheng Menayothin Retired Oswaldo Novoa in the 9th round of their WBC Strawweight contest.

Wladimir Klitschko had little problems with challenger Kubrat Pulev in Hamburg, Germany, scoring a 5th round knockout to retain his RING, IBF, WBO, WBA, IBO Heavyweight titles. Donnie Nietes Retired Carlos Velarde in his WBO Junior Flyweight title defense held in Cebu City, Philippines. In Dublin, Ireland, Jorge Sebastien Heiland knocked out Matthew Macklin in the 10th round. Also, Kal Yafai left with a Unanimous Decision against Everth Briceno.

Manny Pacquiao landed a lopsided Unanimous Decision over Chris Algieri to retain his WBO Welterweight title in Macau, China. Vasyl Lomachenko won a Unanimous Decision against Chonlatarn Piriyapinyo in their WBO Featherweight title bout. Jessie Vargas also earned a Unanimous Decision over his opponent Antonio DeMarco, retaining his WBA Junior Featherweight crown. In Kanagawa, Japan, Takashi Miura won a 6th round stoppage in his WBC Junior Lightweight clash with Edgar Puerta. Also, Roman Gonzalez stopped Rocky Fuentes in the 6th round of their WBC Flyweight title fight.
In Liverpool, England, Tony Bellew won a Split Decision against Nathan Cleverly, winning the WBO Cruiserweight title eliminator. Scott Quigg won a Unanimous Decision against Hidenori Otake to hold onto his WBA Junior Featherweight belt. Jamie McDonnell scored a 10th round stoppage against Javier Chacon to retain his WBA Bantamweight title. Anthony Joshua stopped Michael Sprott in the 1st round of their British Heavyweight title eliminator, Callum Smith won a Unanimous Decision over Nikola Sjekloca, and James DeGale stopped Marco Antonio Periban in the 3rd round. Also, George Groves scored a 7th round stoppage against Denis Douglin.

In London, England, Tyson Fury Retired former foe Dereck Chisora in the 10th round, becoming the new British and European Heavyweight Champion. Also, Billy Joe Saunders scored a Split Decision in his European, British and Commonwealth defense against Chris Eubank Jr. In Nebraska, US, Terence Crawford won a Unanimous Decision over Raymundo Beltran in their WBO Lightweight title encounter. Also, Evgeny Gradovich and Jayson Velez fought to a Split Draw in their IBF Featherweight title matchup.

In Oldenburg, Germany, Juergen Braehmer scored a 1st round knockout against Pawel Glazewski in his WBA Light Heavyweight title defense. Also, in Quebec, Canada, Jean Pascal and Robert Feliciano Bolonto fought to a displeasing No Contest.

In Las Vegas, US, Amir Khan came away with a Unanimous Decision in his bout with Devon Alexander. Keith Thurman landed a Unanimous Decision against Leonard Bundu, Abner Mares Retired Jose Ramirez in the 5th round, and Victor Ortiz stopped Manuel Perez in the 3rd. In Las Vegas, US, Timothy Bradley and Diego Chaves fought to a controversial Split Draw. Andy Lee upset Matt Korobov via a 6th round stoppage to become the new WBO Middleweight titlist. Also, Mauricio Herrara found himself on the wrong side of a controversial Unanimous Decision in his matchup with Jose Benavidez.

Omar Narvaez scored a 2nd round knockout over Naoya Inoue in Tokyo, Japan, capturing the new WBO Junior Bantamweight title. Akira Yaegashi knocked out challenger Pedro Guevara in his WBC Junior Flyweight title defense. Jorge Linares knocked out Javier Prieto in the 4th round of their WBC Lightweight title bout. Also, Ryo Matsumoto stopped Rusalee Samor in the 12th round, Ryota Murata won a Unanimous Decision against Jessie Nicklow, and Takuma Inoue also won a Unanimous Decision against opponent Nestor Narvaez.

In Osaka, Japan, Guillermo Rigondeaux defended his WBO and RING Junior Featherweight titles against Hisashi Amagasa via 11th round Retirement. Kazuto Ioka beat Jean Piero Perez via 5th round knockout, and Sho Ishida stopped Masato Morisaki to retain his Japanese Junior Bantamweight strap. Takashi Uchiyama stopped Israel Perez in the 9th round, defending his WBA Junior Lightweight title. Kohei Kono and Norberto Jimenez fought to a Split Draw in their WBA Junior Bantamweight title, and Alberto Rossel won a Unanimous Decision over Ruoichi Taguchi to become the new WBA Junior Flyweight titlist.
